Picking a start location

Before starting anything, pick a starting location which will be a long term solution because as you expand your configuations it will get difficult to change everything later. 

Network location

I prefer network location because its easily sharable and backed up.

Pros:

• Easily shared to multiple people

• Harder for people to copy and use it at another company.

Cons:

• If the domain or VPN is not available the menu and resources are no longer available.

Local location

Picking a local hard drive location has pros and cons. 

Pros:

• Continues to work even iof the company domain is not available

Cons:

• More difficult to share
